Customer service is incredible & fast! I had originally ordered size 8 (I’ve always been a 8 in almost everything 7 in crocs) They were quick to fix issue. I sent back the shoes immediately received store credit to go up a size (9) they fit perfectly!! So lightweight! I prefer with socks however there is a tiny bit of slip when going up stairs. Won’t stop me. Without socks is comfortable as well. Will definitely order more just from customer service experience being so wonderful.
